Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies, a leading provider of P&C insurance software, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in the UK. You will own a portfolio of medium to large OnDemand and OnPrem accounts, acting as the trusted advisor to customers, coordinating with SI partners, and driving renewal and expansion opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Customer Success Engineers and other teams to maximize value realization and product adoption while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in SaaS customer success or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and drive renewals.
• Strong communication skills and leadership, with stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4+ medium/large OnDemand or OnPrem accounts.
• Develop and foster trusted relationships with customers and SI partners.
• Meet with customer leadership to align goals and renewal opportunities.
• Lead governance meetings, prepare reports, and drive outcomes.
• Mentor junior Customer Success Managers.
