Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Rota Co-ordinator for General Surgery and Urology. You will produce and manage rotas across consultants, SAS and junior doctors, liaising with clinical leads to balance safety and service demands.

This internal NHS role requires strong organisational, communication and analytical skills, with experience of Health Roster and MS Office. Working pattern is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, fixed-term 2027 period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage complex staff rotas for consultants, SAS and junior doctors.
• Act as the key contact for day-to-day staffing queries and ensure safe cover.
• Match staff skillsets to theatre lists and support induction and leave planning.
