Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Medical Staffing Manager to oversee the day-to-day staffing of ~40 Consultants, Advanced Practice Sonographers and Resident Doctors across the Medical Imaging departments at the Trust and Exeter Nightingale CDC. You will lead rota development, coordinate absences and ensure rotas are accurate, up-to-date, and responsive to needs.

• Manage sickness, leave and return-to-work processes in line with policies.
• Provide high-quality administrative support to Medical Imaging management.
