WSP in Bristol seeks enthusiastic civil engineers across grades from Assistant to Principal to deliver highway and rail projects. You will lead delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, liaise with clients and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway design and drainage across project lifecycle.
• Ability to lead design disciplines (road, public transport, active travel).
• Proficient with Civil 3D/OpenRoads/InfraWorks/PDS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and manage project budgets.
• Liaise with clients, build trusted relationships, manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and QA standards.
