WSP, a leading global engineering firm, invites a Senior/Principal Engineer to drive civil and bridge projects in the UK and overseas. You will mentor junior staff and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

You will lead bridge design, maintenance and assessment, manage projects, and develop innovative solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, client engagement and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Practical knowledge of bridge design, maintenance and assessment gained from field and design office work.
• Project management experience on bridge projects is required.
• Experience in design, maintenance, and supervision of structures with innovative solutions.

Aufgaben

• Bridge design, both in the UK and overseas.
• Bridge management and maintenance planning.
• Bridge strengthening, repair, inspections and assessments.
• Civil and structural support to other teams.
• Feasibility studies and option appraisals.
• Preparation of fee estimates and cost plans.
• Supervision of junior team members and CAD technicians.
