Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Risk Professional to lead risk management activities across major energy projects and portfolios. You will identify and manage cost, schedule and business risks, supporting commercial decisions and embedding best-practice risk processes within delivery teams.

This role spans multiple career levels and involves coaching junior colleagues, building capability, and driving data quality improvements within the risk function.

Qualifications

• Desire to work towards professional certification such as APM/IRM.
• Experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Experience in regulated environments with focus on Energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management services per governance and objectives.
• Identify, assess, manage, review and report risks and opportunities.
• Develop, validate and run quantitative risk analyses (Cost, Schedule).
• Advise on mitigation, contingency and commercial implications.
