Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Billing and Accounting within Amazon Shipping. You will own end-to-end billing workstreams, turning complex requirements into scalable product definitions across finance, operations, and engineering.

You will collaborate with Billing Ops, Payments, Pricing, Accounting, Tax, and IT to consolidate legacy systems, improve reconciliation, and drive on-time payments and revenue assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience delivering billing, invoicing, payments, or other financial‑systems products.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Payments partners as direct stakeholders.
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of defined billing and accounting product workstreams within the charter, connecting accurate, frictionless financial experiences to growth and control across the business.
• Write the product narratives and requirements that define new capabilities and drive alignment across operations, pricing, accounting, tax, and engineering.
• Balance near‑term operational and compliance needs with longer‑term investment in a consolidated billing platform.
• Work with engineering to deliver billing and accounting capabilities into the platform and the tools operations teams use every day.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for operational and accounting adoption.
• Establish mechanisms for continuous visibility, baselining, and proactive risk identification.
