Job summary

Metronome is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to join our team in the UK. This role focuses on the technical and business alignment across customer lifecycles, from pre-sale to post-implementation, with a strong emphasis on pricing, billing, and GTM strategy.

You will lead complex, multi-phase programs for enterprise clients, design integrations with CRM/CPQ, Billing, and ERP systems, and guide customers on consumption-based pricing models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical and/or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Deep knowledge of the quote-to-cash space and related tools.
• Experience leading multi-phase enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments with high autonomy.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and business stakeholders.
• Desire to build and improve GTM playbooks and reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Understand challenges in billing, pricing, and quote-to-cash for clients.
• Lead multi-phase transformations for enterprise customers.
• Design integrations between APIs and client systems (CRM/CPQ/ERP).
• Provide guidance on usage-based pricing and models.
• Configure Metronome for client deployments and data migrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage visibility, risks, and timelines.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Advise product and R&D on client needs and feature requests.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to post-implementation teams.
