Role Overview

Senior Revenue Growth Manager
Location: Liverpool
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Purpose
  • Manage a group of channel-specific customers and implement the Princes RGM and trading commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CS&P function to translate brand strategies into customer-ready plans in partnership with Sales.
  • Ensure RGM plans are aligned internally and externally, optimizing ROI against KPIs.
  • Execute pricing, promotion, and pack mix strategies across UK brands, reviewing performance and adjusting as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute short-term RGM tactics and develop long-term strategies within the customer portfolio.
  • Enhance customer performance and profitability through strategic insights and strong relationships with sales teams.
  • Utilize market, product, and customer expertise to maximize RGM opportunities aligned with growth strategies.
  • Analyze and report on plan performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage profitability and ROI of brand and shopper plans, including NPD and promotions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in RGM, Commercial, Finance, or Buying roles with proven results.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities across departments.
  • Adaptability and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, legality, and quality.
