We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Growth Manager to join a fast-growing digital health platform. In this role, you will focus on improving user engagement, retention, and satisfaction by enhancing the patient journey through experimentation and insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, CRM, content, clinical, and design teams to drive growth initiatives that directly impact customer lifetime value. Accountabilities:

• Design and execute growth strategies to enhance patient engagement and retention
• Develop experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on features
• Collaborate with CRM, designers, clinicians, and product managers to align engagement strategies with user needs
• Leverage data insights and behavioral science to inform product decisions
• Contribute to the vision and quarterly OKRs for clinical pathway improvements
• Ensure initiatives reflect evidence-based digital health practices and behavior change models

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product growth, preferably within a digital health or high-growth tech environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, KPI frameworks, and experimentation design
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Deep understanding of patient behavior and digital engagement strategies
• Experience working with clinical or healthcare stakeholders is highly desirable
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting
