We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility via paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimization, with a creative mindset for impactful campaigns.

  • Campaign Execution
    • Develop, execute, and manage paid Meta advertising campaigns across the Meta platform.
    • Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and meet KPIs.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
    • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Create and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Track key metrics related to cost, engagement, and performance at campaign and segment levels.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Your profile
  • Qualifications
    • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
    • Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years in Meta performance marketing, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
    • Proven success in managing and scaling Meta paid campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
    • Excellent project management skills.
