Kpler is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Business Intelligence team in London to own revenue analytics, from ARR to renewals. You will model Salesforce and billing data in BigQuery, build LookML models, and deliver dashboards that empower Sales, Finance, and RevOps with trusted insights.

You will work across the analytics stack, ensure data quality, and apply software practices to BI code, while leveraging AI tools to improve query speed and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in analytics or BI with data domain ownership.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Experience with BigQuery and Looker/LookML.
• Proven ability to model revenue metrics and datasets.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain revenue datasets in BigQuery powering ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline, churn, and renewal reporting.
• Model data from Salesforce and billing systems into clean reporting tables with clear grain.
• Build LookML models, Explores, and dashboards for revenue reporting.
• Lead end-to-end analytics: requirements, modeling, dashboards, testing, docs.
• Contribute to AI revenue analytics tools with governed datasets and docs.
• Build data quality checks to identify duplicates, mismatches, and gaps.
• Investigate and resolve revenue data escalations and root causes.
• Apply software engineering practices to the BI codebase (versioning, reviews, tests).
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, RevOps, IT, Product, Finance to define metrics.
• Explain metrics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate queries, documentation, and quality checks.
