Job summary

Kpler in London is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the revenue intelligence pillar within the Business Intelligence team. You will build and maintain data models and reporting for ARR, retention, pipeline, churn, and renewals using Salesforce data and subscription billing systems.

You will work between data engineering and commercial analytics. You will model data in BigQuery, build LookML models and dashboards, and ensure data quality while collaborating across Sales, Finance, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or related data role with at least 2 years owning a data domain end to end.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse experience.
• Strong data modelling understanding: grain, dimensional modelling, deduplication, slowly changing dimensions.
• Production experience with Looker and LookML: models, Explores, dashboards.
• Experience with B2B SaaS data and CRM/subscription billing data (Salesforce, Stripe).
• Experience with revenue metrics: ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, pipeline, renewals.
• Comfortable with Git workflows and treating BI code as production software.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain governed revenue datasets in BigQuery for ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline, churn, and renewal reporting across multiple teams.
• Model data from Salesforce and subscription billing systems into clean reporting tables with clear grain and deduplication rules.
• Build and maintain LookML models, Explores, and dashboards for revenue reporting with consistent definitions and documentation.
• Deliver analytics end-to-end from stakeholder requirements through to dashboard development, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to internal AI revenue analytics tools by curating datasets and testing outputs against source data.
• Build data quality checks to identify duplicates, mis-grain, missing filters, and reconciliation gaps.
• Investigate and resolve revenue data escalations and improve underlying data processes.
• Apply software engineering practices to BI codebase, including version control, peer review, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, IT, Product, and Finance to turn business questions into metrics.
• Explain revenue metrics and outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and enable self-serve data.
• Use AI tools to accelerate query writing, documentation, analysis, and quality checks.
