Job summary

Perk is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support the Revenue team by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights. You will build reports, dashboards, and data visuals that inform leadership and commercial teams.

You'll enable non-technical stakeholders to use Looker, collect data from multiple sources, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. The role emphasizes AI-assisted data cleaning and rapid ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a commercial team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear communication of findings.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualisation tools (Looker).
• Familiarity with databases and querying languages (SQL).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards using Looker to track KPIs.
• Enable non-technical stakeholders to use Looker and other data visualisation tools.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to provide insights on Revenue/GTM performance.
• Own data accuracy and consistency across tools and coordinate with Revenue Operations to resolve inconsistencies.
• Prepare performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and project teams.
