Avanti West Coast is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to drive revenue optimisation and pricing strategy across key routes. You will lead yield management, capacity planning, and stakeholder collaboration to maximise performance and customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the Route Revenue Manager, coaching a Junior Revenue Analyst and contributing to strategic revenue initiatives that shape commercial decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop revenue management strategies to maximise route performance and revenue targets.
• Own and optimise pricing, allocation, and inventory for trains to drive revenue and yield.
• Monitor booking trends and demand to identify opportunities and risks.
• Balance growth with customer experience by managing capacity and overcrowding.
• Use revenue management tools and data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to support wider commercial planning and decisions.
• Lead, coach and support a Junior Revenue Analyst and foster team performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance tools and processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects that improve revenue management and business performance.
