Job summary

Riverside Group is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to provide frontline housing management support and services for Retirement Living schemes. The role includes tenancy duties, safeguarding, and liaising with partners to promote independent living, with a focus on customer experience and confidentiality.

You will be part of a team delivering a comprehensive housing management service, handling records securely, and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant daily PIR checks and respond to emergency calls when on duty.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies to coordinate services.
• Provide front line tenancy housing management support including money advice and benefits referrals.
• Assist with safeguarding and ensure confidentiality of tenant records.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs and liaise with contractors to ensure high service levels.
• Promote independent living and build trust with internal and external partners.
• Support customer involvement and provide services aligned with customer needs.
