Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to act as the first point of contact in a housing management setting. You will support tenancy administrations, handle confidential records, and work across schemes in Huyton and Prescot areas.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed term contract until December 2027, based at Marshfield Close, Huyton with occasional travel to other sites. Salary is £26,227.50 per annum, with a strong focus on safeguarding and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant daily checks and respond to emergency calls.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Provide front line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure data protection.
