Job summary

Riverside Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Retirement Living Coordinator to join our housing management team. This part-time role (30 hours per week) supports retirement living customers across designated schemes, coordinating service delivery, facilities and welfare benefits where applicable.

You will work in partnership with agencies, residents, and colleagues to ensure high standards of occupancy, rent collection, and compliance with Riverside policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of working with older and/or vulnerable people.
• Good understanding of housing management.
• Experience of liaising with partner agencies/organisations.
• Formal housing, care or support qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver professional service to retirement living customers.
• Manage occupancies, rent collection and scheme monitoring.
• Liaise with partner agencies and teams to meet SLAs.
• Promote customer involvement and community integration.
• Maintain records and use housing management systems.
• Travel to properties within the designated area as required.
