Job summary

Mitie in the United Kingdom is seeking a security professional to protect property, people and assets by following site Assignment Instructions, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and contributing to contract retention. You will complete mandatory compliance, undertake required training, maintain professional conduct, renew licences on schedule, and report hazards promptly.

This on-site role requires vigilance, systematic work, and collaboration with the client and Mitie teams to ensure safety and smooth

Qualifications

• You must obtain a front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, as directed by Mitie.
• A CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required for the role, with additional contractually required courses.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets in line with site AI's and updates.
• Deliver results meeting KPIs/SLAs to aid contract retention.
• Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
• Comply with policies and UK law as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and follow incident reporting procedures.
