Job summary

Screwfix in Yeovil is seeking a Promotions Planning Manager to own the 18-month rolling promotional plan and drive campaigns that deliver value and sales. You will collaborate across Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to identify opportunities and influence campaign direction.

You'll analyse performance, optimise events and lead a small team, with hybrid working available and a strong focus on commercial impact across the business.

• Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the 18-month rolling Screwfix promotional campaign plan.
• Coordinate end-to-end internal promotional processes with stakeholders.
• Manage front-of-house layout plans to maximise sales value.
• Work with Marketing on materials and ensure compliance where required.
• Identify top offers and collaborate to build campaign propositions.
• Report financial performance and provide recommendations per event.
• Maintain strong relationships between Commercial, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Trade Planning to deliver total business campaigns.
• Provide leadership to the Commercial Coordinator.
• Proactively review processes to identify improvements.
