What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail Colleague, you'll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.
• Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.
• Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
• Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
• Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
