Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams across Retail, Data & Digital Transformation, translating challenges into data-driven solutions. Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to analyse processes and improve workflows.
Experience supporting Agile delivery and backlog management.
Background in data, analytics and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with Azure, Databricks and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
Analyse business processes, workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities and improvements.
Translate business needs into practical technology and data-driven solutions.
Work closely with business, technology, data, and delivery teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Support project roadmaps, Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story development.
Collaborate with data modelling and governance teams on data mapping, classification, and quality.
