Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to frame ambiguous digital transformation problems, synthesize insights, and shape practical options. You’ll partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design to drive value from research, stakeholder input, and data, delivering end-to-end outcomes.

You’ll build the BA capability within a growing practice, mentor peers, and help client organisations realise measurable business benefits through structured analysis and clear decision-making.

Qualifications

• Consulting calibre BA with structured, hypothesis-driven thinking in ambiguous problems.
• Experience in GOV.UK Service Standard or public sector is a plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to connect problems to measurable outcomes.
• Able to translate analysis into clear, actionable options and value.
• Proven ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments and guiding transformation programmes.
