Job summary

DataCareers is recruiting an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a large organisation undergoing technology and digital change. You will translate business needs into effective digital and technology solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and ongoing improvement.

You will work with senior stakeholders and business teams to understand objectives, identify challenges and deliver change initiatives across complex systems. Travel to operational sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business relationship and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience performing business analysis activities, including business process modelling.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for technical solutions.
• Knowledge of MoSCoW prioritisation techniques.
• Understanding of current and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DSDM or PRINCE2 delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior and middle management on technology change and digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and technology requirements.
• Analyse, document and prioritise requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Model and improve business processes and support change projects.
• Provide consultancy throughout delivery and assist with feasibility assessments.
• Manage smaller technology projects using suitable delivery methodologies.
• Support planning, testing and post-implementation reviews.
