Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to frame complex problems, synthesize insights, and drive measurable value for clients across digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design to shape why/what and enable the how, de-risking delivery end‑to‑end.

You will also help grow the BA capability within the team as TDG expands, maintaining an outcomes‑driven mindset and delivering practical, decision‑ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Consulting calibre BA able to operate in ambiguity and deliver clarity and decisions.
• Experience in public sector contexts, ideally GOV.UK standards and frameworks.
• Strategic and analytical with ability to translate analysis into value.
• Strong stakeholder credibility and collaborative working style.
• Delivery experience in Agile environments with end-to-end focus.

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem, define scope, and build option analyses tied to strategy.
• Shape options into decisions with clear criteria, assumptions, and benefits.
• Build trust with clients through active listening and high-quality work.
• Influence decisions via narrative, workshops, and concise documentation.
• Stay end-to-end, protect value, manage risks, and enable handover to BAU.
