Job summary

Tech4 is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to bridge business and digital delivery across websites and mobile apps. You will translate roadmap priorities into clear user stories, functional specs and testable requirements, collaborating with Developers, UX designers and third-party suppliers.

You will run workshops, map customer journeys, define scope and success metrics, and support testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' Business Analysis experience delivering digital products.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with website redesigns, platform migrations and mobile app projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, developers and third-party suppliers and translate needs into clear user stories and specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to elicit requirements for websites, mobile apps and supporting platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, benefits, dependencies and success measures, mapping customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and operational efficiency while ensuring scalable, practical solutions.
• Support delivery from concept through to implementation, including testing and deployment activities.
