Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology within Retail, Data & Digital Transformation. You will translate retail challenges into data, technology, and transformation solutions, supporting customer experience, commercial performance, merchandising, supply chain, digital, and operational transformation.

Strong BA background in retail and data-driven decision making is required.

Qualifications

Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex business or technology environments.
Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within retail, ideally covering customer, eCommerce, merchandising, supply chain, inventory, or store operations.
Experience with data, analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
Analyse business processes, workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities and improvements.
Translate business needs into practical technology and data-driven solutions.
Work closely with business, technology, data, and delivery teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Support project roadmaps, Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story development.
Collaborate with data modelling and governance teams on data mapping, classification, and quality.
