Job summary

Empathix is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to support young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural challenges in a two-bed home in Coventry. The role includes long shifts, weekends and sleep-ins, with a strong safeguarding focus and a supportive team.

You will have opportunities to progress, including enrolment onto Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, a welcome gift, a birthday day off, and tailored training to meet the home’s needs.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential for the right person.

Rota: 2 day on, 4 days off
