Job summary

Nursing Medical Recruitment is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a children’s home in Erdington, Birmingham. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, child-centred care and building trusted relationships with the children, supporting daily routines, education and community activities.

Applicants should be passionate, patient, reliable and able to manage safeguarding responsibilities. Sleep-in shifts are required, with a full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Children & Young People, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Residential Support Worker - Children's Home

Location: Erdington, Birmingham

Salary: £25,500- £26,500 per annum + £75 per sleep-in

Hours: Full-time

Sleep-ins: 8 per month

Shift Pattern: 10:00am - 10:30am the following day

We are looking for caring, dedicated and resilient Residential Support Workers to join a children's residential home in Erdington.

Essential Requirements

• Experience within a children's residential setting is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to complete 8 sleep-in shifts per month.
