Who will you be working for?
Join this incredible independent residential childcare provider with a single "Good in all areas" 3 Bedded EBD home based in the beautiful and rural Ombersley! It is a large, clean and well-furnished home for young people who received tailored care to their individual needs. Education is a priority here and staff advocate tirelessly for the young people to ensure they receive the support they need to excel. This is a home where staff are 'adults' and the 'placement' is the young people's home. Reporting is completed in a manner that children can understand the decisions being made, physical restraints are rarely employed, and YPs are celebrated for their achievements.
They were recently inspected in June and Ofsted commended them for the stability of the young people following their moves into the home, the staff for their relationship building, and the managers of the home for their reflective practice and commitment. The Registered Manager was described in the report as empathic and passionate, and the Deputy Manager was also commended for being equally passionate and approachable.
