Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions while delivering clear, practical advice.

The role emphasizes client relationships and business development, requiring an established network or referral base and a proactive, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, and lease extensions.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
