Qualifications

• Handle full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Manage freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership.
• Assist with lease extensions where applicable; maintain client relationships.
