Job summary

TSR Legal are working with an established law firm to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team. You will handle a broad range of residential property matters and take ownership of your caseload.

From instruction to completion, you will deal with freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, providing clear, practical advice and keeping clients updated.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Good technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Keeping clients updated and ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Contributing to the smooth running and continued development of the wider property team.
