Job summary

Jobs-In-Law is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join our team. You'll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, and lease extensions.

You will build and maintain client relationships through practical advice and exceptional service, and contribute to new business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and established client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle a broad range of residential property matters: Sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships through proactive business development and clear advice.
