TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate/Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join a highly regarded team on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, delivering practical advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasises business development, client networking and contributing to the growth of the residential property offering. An established client base and a proactive approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or licensed conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Develop client relationships and generate new opportunities.
