Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate/Senior Associate to join its property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.

The role covers freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified as Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Proactive, commercially minded with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a broad residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Utilise modern conveyancing technology and case management systems to run efficient matters.
