Job summary

TSR Legal seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion, delivering clear, practical, commercially focused advice. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

The role covers freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions, and other residential matters, with scope to grow client networks and drive business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified as solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law.

Responsibilities

• Own a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Provide clients with clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
• Develop relationships and contribute to business development.
