TSR Legal in Kent is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a mixed caseload from instruction through completion. You will maintain high standards of client care, communicate clearly with clients and agents, and support junior colleagues while contributing to the firm’s development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions and managing your own caseload.
• Qualified in law or recognised conveyancing professional track (LPC/CILEx/LC).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to prioritise.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion ensuring timely progress.
• Communicate proactively with clients, estate agents, lenders and others.
• Progress files with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Build relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support staff as needed.
• Contribute to business development and firm marketing activities.
• Support colleagues during absences and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Keep up-to-date with conveyancing legislation and market developments.
