Eventus Legal in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You will work with a dedicated conveyancing assistant and post-completion team in a firm that values progression and quality client care.

This full-time role offers a salary guide of £45,000 to £60,000, hybrid working with one flexible day at home, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and a performance-related bonus subject to

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Experience handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters.
• Careful review of titles, searches and enquiries with lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including complex titles.
• Managing new-build conveyancing transactions and documentation.
• Advising on remortgages, refinancing and bridging finance.
• Dealing with transfers of equity and lender requirements.
• Reviewing title documentation, searches and enquiries and advising clients.
• Coordinating exchanges, completions and post-completion formalities.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to maintain progress.
• Building relationships and contributing to department growth.
