Job summary

Eventus Legal in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team on a full-time permanent basis. The role offers autonomy to manage a varied caseload with strong team support, working hours 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX), and will benefit from a competitive salary (£50,000 to £55,000), 38 days'

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX professional.
• At least five years' PQE or equivalent in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on client experience and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout transactions.
• Maintain high standards of client care and file progression.
• Collaborate with support staff and colleagues across the team.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality residential conveyancing service.
