Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer to join its Sheffield office on a full-time, permanent basis. The candidate should have at least three years' post-qualification experience and will join an established property team.

Qualifications

• At least three years' post-qualification experience in residential property conveyancing.
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a similar professional qualification.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple live transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle multiple matters with accuracy, deadlines and high client care standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients, agents, lenders and stakeholders throughout transactions.
• Utilise modern legal technology and case management processes to progress files efficiently.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the residential property team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to support department growth.
