Job summary

CRA Legal, in partnership with a long-established Sheffield law firm, invites applications for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and free onsite parking, with a salary between £30,000 and £45,000 plus benefits.

You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales/purchases, remortgages and related matters, liaising with clients and third parties while maintaining high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive and organised approach to managing files.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Transfers of equity.
• Remortgages.
• New build transactions.
• Shared ownership matters.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
