QED Legal LLP seeks experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for our Wakefield and Bradford teams. You will manage your own caseload with confidence, handling a range of matters from instruction through to completion and maintaining excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Good technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle matters such as freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages.
• Liaise with clients, agents and other parties to progress transactions.
• Maintain high standards of client care and adhere to deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to team goals.
