Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Reservations Manager for a luxury London hotel. You will lead a high-performing reservations team, drive revenue optimisation and ensure every booking reflects personalised service within a luxury environment.

You will oversee day-to-day reservations, work with key departments to achieve commercial objectives, and maintain exceptional guest communication. Luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and PMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in reservations, ideally within a luxury hotel.
• Experience in Reservations Manager or senior reservations leadership role.
• Strong commercial awareness with revenue optimisation focus.
• Excellent leadership and guest service orientation.
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS and central reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the reservations team towards excellence and accountability.
• Oversee all reservations and ensure enquiries and bookings are handled accurately.
• Maximise room revenue through yield management and upselling strategies.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, Sales and other departments to meet targets.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and revenue performance to identify profitability opportunities.
• Ensure guest preferences and VIP arrangements are captured and communicated effectively.
• Maintain high standards of guest communication aligned with brand standards.
• Manage team performance, training and development.
