• Proficiency with Opera system and Front Office operations.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the reservations department and handle enquiries.
• Ensure interactions reflect exceptional service standards.
• Manage budgets and forecasting for the department.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for the General Manager.
• Build relationships with travel agents, clients, and guests.
• Uphold high standards and conduct Duty Manager shifts.
