The role requires strong project management, commercial acumen, regulatory understanding, and fluency in German and English to coordinate with landowners, authorities, and partners across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Sciences, Urban Planning, Economics, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of renewable energy project development experience in Germany.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of utility-scale Solar PV, Wind, and BESS projects through development stages to RTB.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and reporting.
• Coordinate external consultants, development partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support grid connection strategies and technical studies.
