Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing solar projects, including large-scale sites.
• Knowledge of EPC processes, contract management and solar/wind technology.
• Capacity to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Management of the construction of the PV, onshore wind and BESS plant.
• Coordination of multifunctional teams and communication with subcontractors.
• Management of risks, resolution of problems and control of costs, comfort and quality.
• Communication with public service companies and authorities regarding regulatory permits and compliance.
• Coordination with the purchasing team to obtain the necessary components.
• Report to the project director and senior management.
