Qualifikationen

• Proven business development or sales track record in the solar PV industry in DE/DACH.
• Strong, current network with developers, EPCs and large installers in Germany.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of long-term commercial relationships.
• English fluency is a must; German fluency is a bonus.
• Experience with PV mounting systems, trackers or related BOS structures is advantageous.
• Results-led hunter mentality in a growing, non-heavy-corporate manufacturer environment.
• Flexible on location across DACH.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the DACH market.
• Own the full sales process from lead generation to close and handoff.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, EPCs and large installers and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and convert to commercial plans and pipeline.
• Represent the business at trade fairs and industry events in the region.
• Negotiate prices and contracts; collaborate with R&D, logistics and customer service.
• Use CRM for planning, pipeline discipline and reporting.
