Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Project CEO to lead one or more utility-scale battery storage projects in Germany from late-stage development through construction and early operations. You will own investment decisions, drive commercial performance and manage a broad stakeholder network including grid operators and lenders.

The role requires proven leadership of capital-intensive energy projects and the ability to report clearly to boards and governance bodies in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading major energy or infrastructure projects through investment and construction.
• Experience in capital-intensive energy sectors and strong governance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned battery storage projects from investment approval through construction and early operations.
• Deliver projects within budgets and programme baselines.
• Oversee commercial and financial performance including returns and cash flow.
• Define contracting and construction strategy and oversee change control.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional project organisation.
