Should have NVQ Level 3 or been a Senior for 3 years
Reporting to the Deputy Home Manager, you will assist in maintaining the highest standard of personalised care and support, supervising the performance of staff in the home and promoting the good reputation of Park House. To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their assessed needs to an industry leading standard. You will enable our Residents to perform activities of everyday living, who, due to a neurological impairment, are unable to perform without assistance. This may include nutrition, mobility, personal hygiene, and support, in line with care plans, whilst maintaining dignity and respect. To ensure that Rehabilitation Assistants receive the training and development opportunities appropriate to their needs and the demands of the service.
Key Responsibilities
In all instances it is not necessary to hold the qualification to be recruited into the role, but the SRA will be required to work towards once they have completed their probation.
